Shipping Zones We ship to the following regions:

  • Europe
  • Worldwide

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and carrier:

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Available for orders under £50, with rates varying by destination
  • Weight-Based Rates: Larger or heavier orders may incur additional shipping charges based on weight and location

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking All orders include tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at Bentix33@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at Bentix33@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Bentix33@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing store credit.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
