RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Window We accept returns of unopened Tri-3Malt products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligible Returns
- Unopened products only
- Original, sealed packaging intact
- Products not past their expiration date
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or consumed beverages
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Items past their expiration date
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at Bentix33@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Products If your Tri-3Malt products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at Bentix33@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or provide store credit at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit or arrange an exchange for eligible returns. Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days and can be used for future purchases on our store.
International Orders We do not accept returns on international orders. Please contact us at Bentix33@gmail.com if you receive damaged or defective products, and we will work with you to find a solution.
